Laser cut
We are equipped with the latest generation fiber laser cutting with 4000W power, 3000x1500mm working area with the possibility of cutting materials such as iron up to a thickness of 20mm, stainless steel up to 15mm and aluminum up to 10mm
Bending
The Bending department is equipped with numerically controlled bending machines for working sheets and profiles up to a length of 3 meters and an automatic bending machine for processing sheets with a thickness up to 3mm and a maximum length of 3 meters, which has the possibility of executing profiles with curvatures both at constant radius and at variable radius without having to build molds or special equipment.
Folding
The "Folding" allows to obtain the sharp edge from the bending of the sheet. This result can be achieved on materials such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum and brass.
Welding
The Welding department is equipped with TIM-MIG systems for welding iron, stainless steel and aluminum. It is also able to perform brass braze welding.
Polishing
We carry out polishing and finishing of metals in our factory so as to guarantee the quality and the products and services offered
Painting and galvanic treatments
We collaborate with the main and most reliable companies in the sector and we are able to supply finished products according to the customer's requests.
